She was predeceased by: her parents, Ornsby Otis and Mary Callicoat (Shuff); her husband Donald Fraley; her brother Michael Callicoat; and her grandson Brandon Warden.

She is survived by: her daughters, Misty Callicoat and Lori Warden; her grandchildren, Justin Callicoat, Aubrey Jackson, Chace Gussler and Brooke Warden; and her siblings, Carl Callicoat and Brenda Myers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
