Carl E. Spriggs Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 17, 2023, at the age of 65, Carl E. Spriggs of Ironton, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Loretta Jarvis Spriggs; his wife Rose Sparks Spriggs; and his siblings, Pamela Bryant, William "Bill" Spriggs and Virgil Spriggs.
He is survived by: his father William Spriggs of Ironton; his children, Michael Evans (Tiffany) of Miamisburg and Michelle Evans of Delbarton, W. V.; his grandchildren, Tyler Evans, Leah Crabtree, Autumn Crabtree and Zoe Crabtree; and his sister Gail Jenkins (Kevin) of Ironton. He is also survived by nephew that he lived with, Billy Joe Spriggs and several other nieces, nephews and special friends.
