He is survived by: his children, Carl Dillow II (Janie) of Ironton, OH, Tony Dillow (Joy) of Louisa, KY, Rhonda Armstrong of Ashland, KY, Rebecca Dillow of Johnson City, TN and Lori Dillow of Flatwoods, KY; his adoptive daughter Trish Jackson of Ashland, KY; his daughter-in-law Denise Dillow of Ashland, KY; and his siblings, Ken Dillow of Flatwoods, KY, Joe Dillow of Ashland, KY, David Dillow of Garrison, KY, Phyllis Salyers of South Point, OH, Garnet Bussell (David) of Greenup, KY, Mollie Grubbs of Greenup, KY, Sally Davis of Wurtland, KY and Sylvia McErlane (Tom) of Port Charlotte, FL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
