He was predeceased by: his parents, Julia Barlow (Freeman) and Brinkley Howell Barlow; his former wife JoAnn Robinson Barlow; his son William Donald Barlow; his grandson Barrett Howell Barlow; and his brothers, William Brinkley and Richard L. Barlow.
He is survived by: his wife Frances Roberts Barlow (Fletcher); his children, Brenda George (Barry), Dee Dee Mosko (Paul) and Steven Barlow (Alison); his grandchildren, Gabriel, Molly, Britton, Barry George (Elizabeth), Christopher (Christy), Melissa (Rob Galbraith), Michael Mosko (Emily), Will and Reed Barlow; his sisters, Mary Ferguson Vanderhoof and Emily Thompson; his sister-in-law Billie Barlow; and his nieces and nephews, Bobby, Jennifer Roberts, Jim, Julie Payne, Kathi, Larry Motycka, Brian and Dorothy Roberts.
