She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Blevins and Elsie Blevins (White). She is survived by: her children, Michael Newcomb (Sharon Lynn), Chris Newcomb (Jamie) and Nathan Newcomb (Abbey); and her grandchildren, Kandielynn, Braylin, Brylin, Adilynn, Shawn, Annabelle, Landon and Lilly. She is also survived by brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews.

Donations can be made to Phillips Funeral Home, 1004 S. 7th St. Ironton, Ohio to help the family with the funeral expenses.
