She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence W. Pennington and Carol Pennington (Mart); her stepson Matthew Simpson; and her brother Larry Ray Pennington. She is survived by: her daughter Angie Goodman of Ironton; and her brother-in-law Gary Wisenberger of Ironton, Ohio.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Slab Fork Cemetery (7224 Co Rd 4, Pedro, OH 45659).
