She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil E. Wise and Mary Wise (Robinson); and her husband Roy Harshbarger. She is survived by: her brothers, Ray Wise (Paulette) of Rock Camp, Elton Wise of Ocala, Florida and Junior Wise of Ocala, Florida; and her sons, Tony Hamilton of Ironton, Matt Burcham of Ironton and Donald Criss Melvin of Ironton. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
