He is survived by: his children, Trenda Vaughan, Tammie Hall and William Bill Rowe; his grandchildren, Toni Christian, Jason Rowe, Matthew Rowe and Will Rowe; his great grandchildren, Kaleb Scott, Katilyn Scott of Jason and Chaz "CJ" Christian; and his great great grandchildren, Landon Rowe, Kyzlee Cremeans, Mazelee Cremeans, Kyrowe Cremeans, Aspynn Scott and Rowenn Scott.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wallace Family Funeral Home (802 Solida Rd, South Point, OH 45680). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
