She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Kennedy (Red) and Marie Hunt Kennedy; and her sister Karen Kennedy Tufts (Donald "Sonny"). She is survived by: her children, Tammy Rowe Stephens (Clark) of Cincinnati, Jerry Rowe II (Renee) of Ironton and Kara Rowe of Cincinnati; her sister Sharon Kennedy Harrison (Tim) of Waynesboro, VA.; her grandchildren, Aaron Stephens of Cincinnati, Lexi Stephens of Cincinnati, Brooke Heffner (Caleb) of Ironton, Alyssia Williams (Kyle) of Ironton and Brady Rowe of Ironton, Ohio.; and her great grandchildren, Millie Drew Heffner and Belle Renee Hefner.
