She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Justice and Margaret Stapleton Justice; her son Steve McClain; her brothers, Robert and Charles Justice; her nephews, Aaron Justice and Larry Dwayne Justice; and her close friend Robert "Bob" Filkins.
She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Chuckie" McFarland Jr. (Toni Bradshaw) and Andrew McClain; and her siblings, Larry Justice (Tammy), Keith Justice (Cheryl), Bill Justice, Frank Justice and Janet Grimm. She is also survived by three grandchildren.
