He is survived by: his mother Karlene Hoertel Ainsworth of Ironton; his son Brandon Ainsworth; his stepson Eric Collins; his daughter-in-law Taylor Hope Fleming; his close friend Janie Clay; his grandchildren, Gunner Cole Thomas, Ryan Chase Ainsworth, Parker James Fleming and Jaycee "Toodles" Ainsworth; and his aunt Lynn O'Leary. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many good friends.
