She is survived by: her husband Perry Hooper; her daughters, Carol Felton of East Liverpool, Crystal Hooper of Columbus and Gracie Moore of Steubenville; her sister Carol Barber of Wellsville; her half-sister Carolyn Stewart; her brothers, Carl Kent of Wellsville and Ronald Kent of Steubenville; and her half-brother Scott Russell of Chester, WV.. She is also survived by four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
