He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Urich and Mildred Urich (Mellott). He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Diane Urich (Frampton); his children, Kendra S. Sargent (Mike), Joseph Scott Urich and Robert K. Urich (Judith); his sisters, Molly Prosko and Sue Pilutti (Jim); his grandchildren, Adam Allen, Jenna Al-Samarraie, Ian Urich and Emily Urich; and his great grandchildren, Aria and Kyse Al-Samarraie.
