He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles D. Henry and Margaret Henry; his siblings, Harry, Roy and Doris Smith; and his former wife Helen Ann Henry (Hammack).
He is survived by: his wife Mary Avis; his sons, James "J. O." Henry (Peggy) and Mark Henry (Jackie); his stepchildren, Cindy Stewart-Fuentes (Domingo) and James Stewart; his grandchildren, Steven Henry (Jill), Charles Henry (Anna Kinney), James Henry, Jonathan Stewart, Mycaela Ensell (Brad), Kolton, Kaeden and Mychi Stewart; and his great grandchildren, Samantha, Lynzee and Gio.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Everhart-Bove Funeral Home (685 Canton Rd, Wintersville, OH 43953). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
