He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Higgins; his children, Michael Higgins (Roseann), Chris Higgins, Beth Higgins Transier (Brandon) and Brian Higgins; his daughter-in-law Katie Higgins; his grandchildren, Ryan Higgins, Samantha Higgins, Kelly Higgins, Nicole Higgins, Joe Higgins, Sarah Higgins, Sean Higgins, Anna Transier, Izzy Higgins and Adam Transier; and his siblings, Nancy Higgins Swintek and James Higgins.
