We are sad to announce that on August 17, 2024, at the age of 84, Patricia A. Lasik of Independence, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry Lasik; her brothers, James, Robert, David and Richard; and her parents, Matt Lekan and Frances Lekan.
She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Eberl (late Randy), Terence (Joyce) and AnnMarie Lubrano (Rod); and her grandchildren, Matthew Eberl, Megan Junkin (Dan), Stephanie Kourcklas (Chris), Kaitlyn Marker (Brandon), Taylor Lasik (Tyler), Alyssa Lubrano (Jake) and Jennifer Lasik.
