It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Cook (Independence, Ohio), who passed away on September 4, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sons, Christopher and Matthew Cook. She is survived by: her husband Daniel; her children, Jonathan Cook (Gina), Julie Lehmann (Phillip) and Benjamin Cook (Sarah); her grandchildren, Justin, Lucas Cook, Arthur, Dorothy Cook, Emma Grace and Magdalene Lehmann; and her brothers, Henry "Hank" Wornoff II and Robert "Bob" Wornoff.
