He was predeceased by: his wife Judith A.; his parents, Michael J. and Frances; and his siblings, John, Nicholas and Baby Marianne.
He is survived by: his children, Judith Mendek, George Jr. (Debbie) and Kathleen D. Ciccolini (Ignazio); his grandchildren, Spencer, Sophia, Yuri, Claudia, Angelo and Carmela; and his siblings, Michael and Angeline Tomczyk.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fortuna Funeral Home (7076 Brecksville Rd, Cleveland, OH 44131). A prayer was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church (4750 Turney Rd, Garfield Heights, OH 44125). A burial was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at the Calvary Cemetery (10000 Miles Ave, Cleveland, OH 44105).
