He was predeceased by: his daughter Therese Marie Hlucky; his grandchildren, Sarah Telepak, Johnathan Telepak (Laura), Samuel Telepak, Jack Hlucky and Catherine Hlucky; and his parents, Emil Hlucky and Phyllis Hlucky.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his great grandchild Archer Telepak; and his siblings, Lee Hlucky (Jan), Loreen Cooper (David) and Linda Hlucky.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Columbkille Church (6740 Broadview Rd, Parma, OH 44134).
