Steven J. Mattoon Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 80, Steven J. Mattoon (Idaho, Ohio), born in Kamiah, Idaho passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, E. V. Mattoon (Vic) and Zola Mattoon (Manes); his brother Colin; and his granddaughter Christina. He is survived by: his former wife Ann Jewell of Boise; his wife Clarice Gudmundson Christianson; his siblings, Jerry of Clarkston, Mitchel of Harrington, Wash. and Carolyn of Hayden; his stepsons, Kevin Christianson of Boise and Daniel Christianson of Clarkston; his aunt Barbara Brown of Lewiston; his great grandchildren, Devon, TJ and Brielle; and also Colin. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
Because of COVID-19 there will be no services, but a family gathering will take place at a later date.
Steven was generous with his contributions and donations, and he felt especially strong about supporting the Idaho Food Bank — in the event you wish to make a contribution.
