She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Niron Niles and Mable Niles; her former husband Milton Dodson; her children, Mike Bristol, Debbie Martin (Jim) and Doug Bristol (Lisa Talley); her daughter-in-law Patty Bristol; her grandchildren, Stayce McCabe (Sean), Justin Martin, Ciarra Bristol-Boyer (Marlin) and Savannah Bristol; her great grandchildren, Kaitlynn Sims (Zach), Kyren McCabe, Sophie Herres, Tanis Martin and Summit Boyer; and her great great grandchildren, Jessalynn and Isaiah Sims.
