He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl and Zelma; his siblings, Barbara Ronk and Gerald Hansen; and his granddaughter Taylor K. Lewis.
He is survived by: his wife Karolyn; his sister Jeanette Heinen; his siblings-in-law, Ken Ronk and Kerri Hansen; his son Gavin; his daughter-in-law Kathy Heitmann; his daughter Morgan; and also Carlos Rameriz.
