He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ann Sanders, Janet Cline and John Pack. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Pack (Yontz); his children, Stacey Pack of Toledo, Craig Pack (Lisa) of Huron and Todd Pack (Amy) of San Diego; and his grandchildren, Nathan, Nicholas, Sydney and Morgan.
