He was predeceased by: his parents, Morten Solberg and Violet Solberg; and his children, Matthew and Jennifer. He is survived by: his wife Betty Solberg (Lyngso); his children, Thomas Solberg Jr. (Sarah) of Huron and Kristine Cottrell (Keith) of LaBelle, FL; his grandchildren, Claire, Emma, Megan Solberg of Huron, Tommy, Caroline Cottrell of Huron, Kail Solberg and Kelsey Shupe (Cody) of Norwalk; and his siblings, Morten Solberg (Terri) of Blufton, SC, Karen Leopold of Nokomis, FL, Ed Solberg (Beth) of Alpharetta, GA and Mike Solberg (Connie) of Huron. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
