She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Collins; her grandsons, Joseph and Corey Collins; her great grandchildren, Allison, Sarah and Avery Collins; her siblings, Bonnie Tieman of Huron, Dale Chicotel (Ed) of Cleveland, Joseph Chicotel of Sandusky and Dennis Chicotel of San Diego, CA; and her friend Eddie Collins.
