He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Jeremay and Dorothy Jeremay (Lynn); his stepfather Stan Trojan; his parents-in-law, Melvin and Shirley Reynolds; his brother Jim; and his siblings-in-law, Mary, Norm, Denny and Dennis.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Reynolds; his children, Samantha and Samuel Jr.; his daughter-in-law Amy; his grandchildren, Katie, Jace and Caleb; his siblings, Floyd, Andy (Sandy), Tim (Deb), Jack, Mary Jennings (Don) and Dorothy Castle; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Saxton, Barb Moore, Tom Reynolds (Peg), Jim Reynolds (Marty) and Tena Greenwell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
