He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Wiley and Helen Wiley (Spangler); his daughters, Jeanine Thomas and Lisa Davis; and his siblings, Dorothy Marshall (Bill), Louise Wiley, Ken Wiley (Marge), Johnny Wiley and Tommy Wiley (Elva).
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Tammy Morgan (Ken); and his grandchildren, Jennifer Shull (Jeff), Mike Locher, Matt Locher (Jesse), Melissa Wilkinson (Jason), CJ Dunlap (Natalie), Kristy Dunlap, Daniel, Autumn, Travis and Alyssa Morgan. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
