He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Emmert); his children, Tamara Smith Humphrey of Sandusky, Jennifer Smith Capizzi of Huron, Jeff Smith of Sandusky and Tim Smith (Sarah) of Ahmerst, OH; his stepchildren, Laura Griffith of Cleveland, Lisa Seifert of Strongsville and Scott Jensen (Beth) of Lima; his grandchildren, Tyler, William Humphrey, Jaron, Aniya, Sebastian Smith, Peyton, Trace, Autumn Smith, Michael, Emily, Matthew Capizzi, Sam, Zoe Drvenkar, Lily, Lona Seifert, Cory, Lucas Griffith, Carter and Kennedy Jensen; his great grandchildren, Carter and Riley; and his sisters, Rita Thompson (Gerald) of Huron and Karen Kijinski (John) of Fredonia, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
