He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bledsoe and Lillian Bledsoe; his stepson Donald Harkey; and his brother Donald Bledsoe. He is survived by: his wife Deborah (Smith); his daughter Heather Grooms of Huron; his stepdaughter Kimberly Zeadker (Brian) of Sandusky; his grandchildren, Amber, Lisa, Zach Harkey, Brennan, Brittany Silvis, Noah, Evan Woodruff and Olivia Grooms; and his great grandchild Paisleigh Sidoti.
