He was predeceased by: his parents, Butch Gildenmeister and Cora Gildenmeister; and his sons, Joseph Gildenmeister and James Edward Luma. He is survived by: his wife Marylin Gildenmeister (Crum); his sons, Jason Gildenmeister of Sandusky and Bruce Luma Jr. of Republic; his brothers, Butch Gildenmeister (Karen) and Jim Gildenmeister (JoAnn); and his close friend Matt Krause. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
