She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Forrest and Elizabeth Forrest (Ontko). She is survived by: her husband John "Butch" Leonhard; and her sons, John E. Leonhard of Huron and Edward Leonhard (Terry) of Mansfield. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews.
