She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Lowery and Ressa Lowery; her daughters, Jeanine Thomas and Lisa Davis; and her husband Roscoe Wiley Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Tammy Morgan (Ken); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Shull (Jeff), Michael Locher, Matt Locher (Jesse), Melissa Wilkinson (Jason), CJ Dunlap (Natalie), Kristy Dunlap, Daniel, Autumn, Travis and Alyssa Morgan. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
