He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lenwood Carter and Josie Carter; his wife Judy Carter (Meyer); his children, Durckheim (Wolf) and Matt Carter; his sisters, Patty Ysaguirre and Lynda Ridall; and his grandsons, Harvey, Maximilian, Leopold and Arlo.
Due to COVID, a private service will be held with immediate family.
In lieu of flowers, Mike's family asks for donations to be made to Saint Peter Catholic Church, 430 Main St., Huron 44839, where Mike was an active member.
