He was predeceased by: his siblings, Teresa "Terri" McMonigal and Steven E. McMonigal; and his niece Kristy McMonigal. He is survived by: his wife Debra L. McMonigal (Agee); his children, Brad McMonigal (Kara) and Janis Tarring (Mark); his granddaughter Delaney; and his siblings, Patricia Moser (Tony), Karen Baatz, Dennis McMonigal (Bobbie), Kevin McMonigal, Charles McMonigal (Paulette) and Donald McMonigal. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
