She was predeceased by: her husband John Jay Rak; her parents, Arther Hornung and Carolyn Hornung (Edgeworth); her sister Kenda Hornung; her aunt Marilyn Johns; and her grandparents, Percy and Dorothy Edgeworth.
She is survived by: her sons, John Casciano-Rak and Jesse Rak (Deanna); and her granddaughter Ava Rak. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
