He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Maynard Eitzen, Mary Von Eitzen, Robert Smith and Mary Smith; his uncles, Roger Von Eitzen and Kevin Chase; and his cousin Mathew Von Eitzen.
He is survived by: his parents, James Robert of Leesburg, FL and Barbara Jean Von Eitzen (Smith) of Leesburg, FL; and his siblings, Tanya Jean Von Eitzen of Huron and John Christopher Von Eitzen of Milan.
