He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Herbert and Vivian Ilene Hunt (Lanning); and his former wives, Nancy Loretta Hunt (Welch) and Mary Ellen Hunt (Ridgenoir). He is survived by: his wife Thelma Bowen; his children, Loretta Lynn McCutcheon (Gary), Mildred Dauchenbaugh (Jeff) and Richard Hunt (Greg Reed); his grandchildren, Ceira Rumas, Amy Arnold (Braxton), Megan Dauchenbaugh (Scott), Jachob Dauchenbaugh, Katherine Bixler (Michael) and Anthony Hunt (J. W.); his brother John Hunt (Sue); and also Peggy Starr. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
