It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jack E. Lange of Huron, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on March 24, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter M. Lange and Evelyn Keegan Lange. He is survived by: his wife Susan Lange (Bundschuh); his children, Ali Lange James (Scott), Kelly Zolman, Molly Sherman (Brad) of Powell and Ted Melching (Jessica); his siblings, Linda Zimsky (James) of San Diego, Paula Hubbard (Lawson) of Belvedere and Peter Lange (Jackie) of Albany, Georgia; his grandchildren, Rocco, Antonia, Lauren, Jackson, Conor, Ellis, Tori, Ashtyn, Jeffery and Ethan; his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Andrew, Bret, Ian, Rory, Conor, Pete and Katherine; and the mother of his children Debbie Lange. He is also survived by many cousins and close friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Groff Funeral Homes & Crematory (1607 E Perkins Ave, Sandusky, OH 44870). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Peter Catholic Church (430 Main St, Huron, OH 44839).
