With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerald E. Meeker of Huron, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on October 3, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldo Meeker and Gladys Meeker (Kuhl); his former wife Katherine Meeker (Anthony); and his children, Deborah Meister (Meeker) and David Meeker.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Tamara Milner (Rick) and Thomas Milner (Melanie); his sister Carolyn Bartlome (Meeker) of Vermilion; his son-in-law Randy Meister of Mansfield; and his brother-in-law Andrew Anthony. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Gerald "Jerry" E. Meeker, 87, a resident of Huron for many years was called home on October 3, 2020 at the Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky from complications of the Coronavirus.
