He was predeceased by: his brother Bob (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Pat; his children, Trina (Yoshi), Dawn (Dave) and Gary Todd Cook (Carla); his grandchildren, Nathan, Mina, Connor Wesley and Hunter; and his brother Dennis (Linda).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Gary's memory be made to either of his favorite organizations: St Jude Children's Research Hospital or Lakeside Symphony Orchestra.
