He was predeceased by: his parents, G. Albert Dauch and Helen Dauch (Holzhauer); his brothers, William, Jack, Richard and George; his brother-in-law Barton Smith; his grandson Andrew Rupp; and his nephew William Dauch Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Deanne Dauch (Wright); his children, Cheryl DeGregorio (Vincent) of Easton, PA, Gale A. Jr. Dauch (Patricia) of Collins, Gregory Dauch of Vermilion and Gary Dauch (Lisa) of Norwalk; his stepchildren, Jaime Coffman (Sandy) of Norwalk, Montgomery Coffman (Nicole) of Toledo, Laura Coffman of Huron and Tracy Rupp of Huron; his siblings, Nancy Smith (Bart) and David Dauch (Carol); and his sisters-in-law, Mona (Bill) of Wakeman, OH, Lee (Jack) of Huron, Sandy (Richard) of Bloomfield Hills, MI and Mary Lou Knittel of Milan. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Foster Funeral Home & Crematory (410 Main St, Huron, OH 44839). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A prayer was held on Sunday, November 17th 2024 at 10:45 AM at the same location.
