He is survived by: his wife Phyllis O'Hara (Smith); his daughters, Trudi Baaske (Jon) of Huron, Leslie O'Hara of Tampa and Susan O'Hara of Pensacola; his grandchildren, Kennedy O'Hara Gilbert, Fredric Luke, Andrew Baaske, Emily O'Hara, Brynn Baaske, Katherine McCallister and Seymour McCallister; his great grandchild Callum Freeman; and his sisters, Carole Painter (O'Hara), Beatrice (Sis), Jane Brooks (O'Hara) and Sharon Smith (O'Hara). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
