She is survived by: her children, William E. Couch (Sharon) and Karen C. Billman (Roy); her grandchildren, William M. Couch (Shawna) of Prince Frederick and Christa T. Sexton (David) of Galloway; her stepgranddaughters, Laura Ashleigh Newkirk (Caine) of Bellevue and Kendall F. Billman of El Sobrante; and her great grandchildren, Michael, Mackenzie, Isaac and Owen. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
