He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Johnson and Vivian Johnson; and his wife Nancy Jane Grohol. He is survived by: his brother Dick (Gladys) of Prescott Valley, AZ; his children, David Jr. (Cindy) of Vanderpool, TX, Tim (Jennifer) of Huron and Lynne Petzold (John) of Huron; and his grandchildren, Bree, Tavin, Jesse, Christina, Christopher, Ross, Alex, Allison and Cody. He is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
