He is survived by: his wife Gloria J. Hoffer (Cotner); his children, Jennifer Witt (Roger), Jill Rivera (Wilson) and Patrick Hoffer; his grandchildren, David Wahl and Harley Witt; and his brother Terry Hoffer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
