He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Hoffman (Jurczynski); his children, Lynne Mary Mahaffey (James H.) of St. Petersburg, FL, Paul Marshall Hoffman (Regan) of Syracuse, IN and Dale Mark Hoffman (Theresa) of North Fairfield, OH; his grandchildren, Melissa Isaac (Chris), Breana Mahaffey (Janelle), Ashley Shisler (Jacob), Gage Knox, Jacob Hoffman and Lydia Silva (Luke); his great grandchildren, Skylar, Kaydyn, Lexi and Marshall; and his siblings-in-law, Susan Dziubek (Eddie) of Amherst, OH, Rosi Jursinski of Vermilion, OH, Richard Jurczynski (Shirley) of Lorain, OH and Walter Jr. Jurczynski (Colleen Knight) of Lorain, OH. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Huron Yacht Club (350 Huron St, Huron, OH 44839).
