He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph E. Leasher and Mary M. Leasher; and his siblings, Ralph E. Jr. (A. Grace) and Carol Ann Myers (C. Eugene). He is survived by: his children, Kenneth of Ocala, Florida, Ryan (Jessica Forsythe) of Redmond, Washington and Megan (Steve Oss) of Newport, Kentucky..
