She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pitcher and Mildred Pitcher (Baughman); her husband Walter F. Blair; her daughter Laurie; her grandson Mathew; her siblings, George Jr., Don and Barbara Ruppert; and her sister-in-law June Pitcher.
She is survived by: her friends, Nancy and Charlie Claus; her children, Cindy and Robert (Tina); her grandchildren, Robert (Tricia), Kara (Ryan), Brittany, Michelle, Erica, Tasha and Tara; her great grandchildren, Roman, Carson, Jenna, Addalyn, Troy and Elle; her goddaughter Linda Wade (Tom); her siblings, Ervin, James Pitcher (Martha) and Nancy; and her siblings-in-law, Martha Pitcher and James Ruppert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
