He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Francis Johnson Sr. and Lila Ann Johnson Bouy (Lieb); his stepfather Norman Bouy; and his siblings-in-law, Carole, Maureen Johnson and Ralph Kieffer.
He is survived by: his wife Karon Johnson (Kieffer); his brothers, Robert of Sandusky, Kenneth (Sandra) of Castalia, Harold Jr. "Tut" of Castalia, Eugene of Sandusky and Larry Johnson of Sandusky; and his sister-in-law Sandra Kieffer of Huron. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
