It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia L Harpst of Huntsville, Ohio, who passed away on October 7, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Earl and Mary Lucille Thompson (Mattox); and her sister Ruth Ann Tallman. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her children, Kim Hemmer (Mark) of Huntsville, Jim Harpst (Barb) of Belle Center, Jeff Harpst (Julie) of Quincy, Jon Harpst (Jane Kniska) of Huntsville and Amy Garver (Charlie) of De Graff; her grandchildren, Josh Harpst (Brittany), Joel Harpst (Hannah Roberts), Justin Harpst (Heather), Mara Hemmer (Tyler Maschke), Jesse Harpst (Ally) and Matthew Hemmer (Ashley); and her siblings, Patsy Richardson (Jay), Betty Thompson, Bernie Wren, Bob Thompson and Fred Thompson. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
